FleetLOCATE is located in San Diego, California and was established as originally incorporated as a business in 2000. The Company founders and investors have over 100 years of combined experience with developing and providing wireless applications in mass market applications. FleetLOCATE is now a service mark of DriveOK Inc., a Delaware Corporation.
The technology of the FL1000 vehicle tracking unit provides real-time capability that enables the most up-to-the-minute information regarding your fleet's vehicles. Our easy-to-use web interface allows one of the most convenient way to set geofences, set speed limit alerts, and instantly know where you trucks and drivers are located.

Mark Wells, President and CEO
Mr. Wells is a wireless industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience with the development and marketing of wireless products and services.
Some highlights of his career include: 1.) the marketing responsibility, while with Nokia Mobile Phones, for $10B+ worth of Nokia's mobile phone products;
2.) VP & GM at DSP Communications,
as part of the team that sold the company to Intel for $1.6B; 3.) as President & CEO of Zucotto Wireless, raised $55M in venture capital to develop wireless semiconductors,
gaining such customers as Panasonic, Nokia, and Alcatel. Mr. Wells has also mentored over a dozen startup companies and has consulted to Fortune 500 companies.

Joel Hartley, CTO
Mr. Hartley is a wireless industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience focusing on the architecture, planning and development of wireless products.
Most recently he oversaw a large engineering team for the development of a wireless module at National Semiconductor.
Mr. Hartley has had a variety of wireless products reach high volume commercialization while working with Qualcomm, Panasonic and Novatel.

William (Bill) Cheney, CFO
Mr. Cheney recently joined DriveOK from Qualcomm where he was originally part of their founding semiconductor team.
As the financial lead (CFO) for the semiconductor business, he helped bring the organization to annual sales of $1.6B (now at $3.6B).
Most recently, with Qualcomm, Mr. Cheney was part of the team that launched their high-profile startup named MediaFlo, which is delivering programmed multimedia content
to wireless devices.
He has also worked with Motorola in development roles as well as various early-stage technology startup companies.

Tim Peachey, VP Operations
Mr. Peachey has been developing communications products for more than 20 years.
Most recently, as Mechanical Design Chief at Nokia Mobile Phones, he oversaw development of new products from concept to high-volume production.
Previously, as VP Operations at Zucotto Wireless, he oversaw global infrastructure operations management.
Mr. Peachey's career also includes positions at Nortel, Novatel and consulting work with early-stage startup companies for design and manufacturing.
