One of the thrills of being a marketing professional is I am
constantly able to surprise both customers and fellow colleagues
alike with new marketing concepts, creative ideas and campaigns
that make an impact.
What was the secret project "under wraps" this time?
Our new Spireon race car! It has been a fan favorite among the
Spireon family in our Technology Center as well as when on display
at trade shows across the country.

third year we've had the opportunity to partner with Joe Gibbs
Racing for a nationwide race.
Our original FleetLocate car was designed in 2010 by the same
team that designed our new Spireon car. It, too, celebrated its
time in the winner's circle:

with winning burn out pictured about during Kyle Busch's win in the
Kroger 200 race.
- The first time in 2010, Kyle Busch put on a dominating
performance in the Kroger 200 Nationwide Series
- Then again in 2011, Joey Logano wins the NASCAR Pro Series West
-Thunder Valley Casino Resort 200 at Infineon Raceway
- This year, we co-sponsored the JGR nationwide race car in
Fontana at the Auto Club Speedway. We are very proud of our
unbeaten three-peat winning record.
During my trip to Joe Gibbs Racing in January 2012, the pro's at
Decal Source not only designed our car, but wrapped it too. It took
less than a day to complete.

It was fascinating to me to see them work tirelessly with deft
hands to pull off this feat of precision. When it was all finished,
we transported it back to our Technology Center in Irvine, CA late
on a Friday evening. We waited for everyone to return Monday. I
could hardly contain myself!
