How to use it

To use it, simply dial the toll free number that comes with your sales confirmation email. If your calling phone number is the number associated with your account you will be automatically logged into the voice system. Otherwise you will have to say (site recognizes speech) or type in your account phone number and PIN. The PIN is a 4 digit security code you can change at any time.

Available commands

You can access the online voice system to:

  • 'Locate' - Get current location of vehicle (Costs 1 location credit)
  • 'Address' - Get last location of vehicle (Free)
  • 'ToyoFence™' - places an invisible fence around the car's immediate location. If your alerts are enabled 'on', then you will be alerted when that car is moved. The Instafence can be unset before the car is moved in order to avoid generating an alert. Note that the InstaFence feature is a sophisticated feature and a total of 4 locates will be deducted from your account for the Set/Unset combination instead of the usual 1 locate deducted for all other locate/alert functions. (Costs 4 location credit)
  • 'Unset' Remove last set geofence (Free)

The voice service is very useful for monitoring your vehicle when you are not near a computer but still need to know where your vehicle is. All of the locates you perform through the voice service will also show up on your browser so you will be always be able to see your location history on your computer.
